RETURNS POLICY


We want to ensure that your item(s) ship out as quickly as possible. After your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to add/remove items, change payment method, update shipping/billing addresses, or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.

 

Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure product selection, size, quantity, payment, and addresses are correct.

 

If you would like to return your purchase, we’ re here to help! You may return your merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

You will receive a refund after the return is received and processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

 

Items sent more than 14 days after the return label is issued will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

The following are exceptions to the return policy above:

 

Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.

 

Non apparel items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

 

No returns are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
